As the month of July bids its farewell, the College of Social Sciences and Philosophyโs Degenderized Recognition of Awards and Honors Program successfully commenced.
This awarding ceremony was held at the Old CAS Building (Pilipinas) on July 31, from 9:00 AM onwards. Students with academic achievements who ranked in the Top 3 among their batch and departments were awarded at the beginning of the program, followed by the Best Researchers from each department, who showcased their knowledge and intellect in their respective fields. The awarding program was then followed by the Leadership and Service Awards for CSSP Student Council members and sub-organizations. Participants and representatives of the College in various outside-school events were also given the recognition they deserve.
As we move forward into Academic Year 2026โ2027, may we be reminded that true academic achievement doesnโt only lie in the awards or medals we receive, but also in the experiences we gain, the goals we achieve, the friends we make, and the fact that merely surviving one year as a college student speaks volumes.
