PhilHealth Member Portal for
Membership Services

PhilHealth has enhanced its ‘Member Inquiry’ web utility with
the new ‘PhilHealth Member Portal’. It is now available in the
PhilHealth website, www.philhealth.gov.ph. Members can
now view their personal information, verify their contribution
records, and print a copy of their Member Data Record (MDR)
much easier than before.

To access the ‘PhilHealth Member Portal’, members must first
register and create their own account using their PhilHealth
Identification Number (PIN) and personal password.

Additional interactive features of this new portal shall be made
available in the future as part of PhilHealth’s commitment in
bringing its services closer and convenient to the public.

Further inquiries or clarifications may be referred to the
PhilHealth Call Center at (02) 8441-7442 or through any of the
PhilHealth Regional Offices and Local Health Insurance Offices.

DOH and PhilHealth JOINT STATEMENT on the Memorandum
of the Office of the President on the Suspension of the Increase
of Premium Rate and Income Ceiling for Calendar Year 2023
Pursuant to Section 10 of RA 11223

The Department of Health and PhilHealth are cognizant of the
decision of the Office of the President to suspend implementation
of the Premium Contribution Increase of PhilHealth from 4% to 4.5%
for the year 2023.
