Deepest condolences and prayers from the Graduate School family to Dr. Caridad Oli Abuan and her loved ones on the passing of her husband, Lydio Abuan.

𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦: Pampanga State University hosted a momentous midyear graduation ceremony on May 22, 2026, at the Dr. Ernesto T. Nicdao Sports Center. Guided by the theme, "Affirming Institutional Commitment to Excellence through Transformational Leadership," the event prominently highlighted the Graduate School by officially conferring advanced degrees to its completers.

In his keynote address, retired Supreme Court Associate Justice Mario V. Lopez challenged the graduates to embrace discipline in their advancing careers, stating, "Simply do better, make excellence a habit, and success will follow."

The milestone was spearheaded by University President Dr. Enrique G. Baking alongside the Administrative Council, including Executive Vice President Engr. Reden M. Hernandez and Vice President for Research Dr. Ranie B. Canlas. Directly steering the graduate batch to this academic triumph was Dr. Dolores T. Quiambao, Vice President for Student Affairs and Services and concurrent Dean of the Graduate School, proudly joined by the dedicated Graduate School professors who have been instrumental in mentoring the students.

Exemplifying core Honorian attributes of excellence, resilience, and integrity, these successful advanced degree holders are already making an impact, with many now occupying key posts across various sectors. This commencement stands as a powerful testament to the university’s unwavering dedication to producing transformative, high-caliber leaders equipped to shape the nation's future.
