Last April 29, 2026, the Degenderized Pre-Employment Seminar was successfully conducted in both the Porac and Lubao Campuses, providing students with valuable insights on career readiness, employment opportunities, and labor education as they prepare for their future professions.
During the morning session at the Porac Campus, the career talk was delivered by Mr. Christian Maรฑalac Jr. from Mekeni Food Corporation, while Engr. Christian Michael G. Siron served as the DOLE speaker. The seminar was attended by students taking up Bachelor in Elementary Education, BS Business Administration, BS Information Technology, and BS Social Work, with a total of 358 participants.
Meanwhile, the afternoon session at the Lubao Campus featured a career talk by Cesar O. Salazar from Surgico Philippines Incorporated, together with Mr. Allen L. Malit as the DOLE speaker. Participants included students from BS Civil Engineering, Bachelor in Elementary Education, BS Business Administration major in Marketing, BS Entrepreneurship, BS Information Technology, and BS Tourism Management, with a total of 337 participants.
Overall, the event gathered 695 participants from both campuses, making the seminar a meaningful and successful initiative in preparing students for the world of work and professional growth.

The seminar featured a career talk from Ms. Maria Patricia Felice D. Dizon of the Laus Group of Companies and a discussion from Mr. Danz C. Bautista as the DOLE speaker. Participants came from the Bachelor in Elementary Education, BS Business Administration major in Marketing, BS Hospitality Management, and BS Information Technology programs, with a total of 352 participants. The event served as an opportunity for students to enhance their knowledge on career readiness, employment opportunities, and workersโ rights as they prepare to enter the professional world.

During the morning session at the Mexico Campus, the career talk was delivered by Mr. Cesar O. Salazar from Surgico Philippines Incorporated, while Engr. Christian B. Puno served as the DOLE speaker. The session was attended by students taking Bachelor in Elementary Education, Bachelor in Physical Education, BS Information Technology, BS Business Administration, Bachelor in Secondary Education major in English and Filipino, Bachelor in Technology and Livelihood Education major in Home Economics, and BS Industrial Technology majors in Automotive Technology, Electrical Technology, Food and Service Management, and Graphics Technology, with a total of 350 participants.
In the afternoon session at the Candaba Campus, Mr. Mark Pacris Siazon from JMP Twin Eagle & Allied Services, Inc. and Mr. Rey-Ryan P. Mapiles from Mapiles Realty both served as the career talk speaker, together with Mr. Danz C. Bautista as the DOLE speaker. Participants included students from BS Business Administration, BS Entrepreneurship, Bachelor in Secondary Education major in English and Filipino, Bachelor in Elementary Education, and BS Information Technology, with a total of 212 participants.
With an overall total of 562 participants, the seminar became an avenue for students to gain insights on employment readiness, workersโ rights, and career opportunities as they prepare for their future professions.

Last April 23, 2026, the Degenderized Pre-Employment Seminar brought together a remarkable number of students for a meaningful and insightful learning experience. Ms. Icel Lacanilao delivered an engaging career talk that inspired students to confidently pursue their career paths, while Engr. Christian Michael G. Siron served as the DOLE speaker, sharing valuable knowledge on employment readiness.
The seminar was attended by students from the College of Social Sciences and Philosophy, including BS Psychology, BS Sociology, Bachelor in Human Services, and BS Social Work, as well as the College of Education, covering programs such as Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Technology and Livelihood Education (Home Economics and Industrial Arts), Technical Vocational Teacher Education, and Secondary Education majors in English, Filipino, Mathematics, and Social Studies.

Last April 22, 2026, the Degenderized Pre-Employment Seminar was successfully conducted in two separate sessions, bringing together students from various colleges for career guidance and preparation.
During the morning session, Starts with Ms. Hazel Thea Dobles of Cloudstaff for a career talk, followed by Engr. Christian B. Puno served as the DOLE speaker . The session was attended by students from the College of Computing Studies (BS Information Technology, BS Information Systems, and BS Computer Science) and the College of Industrial Technology, covering various majors such as Automotive Technology, Beauty Care and Wellness, Electrical Technology, Electronics Technology, Food and Service Management, Garment and Fashion Design, Graphics Technology, Instrumentation and Control Technology, Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics Technology, Welding Technology, and Wood Working Technology, with a total of 1,242 participants.
In the afternoon session, career talks were delivered by Dr. Markrinello M. Sarical of Royce Hotel and Casino and Ms. Patricia Lurielle V. Padilla of Alfamart Trading Philippines , while Mr. Aaron C. Bugarin served as the DOLE speaker . This session gathered students from the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management (BS Hospitality Management and BS Tourism Management) and the College of Arts and Sciences (BS Environmental Science, BS Statistics, BS Mathematics, and BS Biology), with a total of 683 participants.
The seminar provided meaningful insights and valuable preparation for students as they transition toward their future careers.
