In the recently administered Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination by the Professional Regulation Commission in November 2025, six (6) BSREM graduates from Pampanga State University took and passed the examination, resulting in a 100% passing rate. Nationally, 373 examinees successfully passed the examination out of 675 takers, yielding a 55.26% national passing rate.

Notably, this marks another milestone in the University's history, as the examinees are among the first batch of graduates in the program, highlighting the excellence of the students and the quality of education the university provides to its constituents.

Truly, the sleepless nights, moments of uncertainty, hours of non-stop studying, and preparation for the examination while dealing with pressure finally paid off! With only 3 months of preparation, you showcased what it truly means to be a person with determination and confidence to excel and thrive in the field of real estate!

Being the pioneers of the program, you are truly an example to all Real Estate Management students!

Pampanga State University achieved a 𝟏𝟎𝟎% 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 at the recently conducted 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, making history as the examinees are among the first batch of graduates in the Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management at the university.

A total of 𝟔𝟕𝟓 takers took the said examination, and only 𝟑𝟕𝟑 examinees passed, resulting in a 𝟓𝟓.𝟐𝟔% 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐞.

The 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐄, administered by the Professional Regulation Commission, was conducted this month, November 2025.
