A single touch causes ripples across the water, like a reagent that drips down onto multitudes that seem so beyond it. And yet from this alone, the surface breaks and change is catalyzed.

From such a seemingly ordinary moment, the dimensions of the universe shifts along in order to react in kind and a new path is forged.

Twenty-five individuals walk down the road, equal parts legacies of reactions long proven by time and pioneers of new stories, leading the pursuit of Colegio San Agustin - Bacolod's Junior Philippine Institude of Chemical Engineers.

Maroon glints bright beneath the sunlight, mirror to a determination that far outrivals exhaustion in various sets of calculating eyes.

Whether it be donned in a suit and tie, a laboratory gown, standard uniform, or even civilian clothing—the choice to bear responsibility is made clear. There will be nothing left unchanged.

Your technical capabilities have long served as one of JPIChE's foundations, your expertise ensures that each class in the Physics and Chemical Laboratory goes smoothly, but it is your compassion for students that sets your legacy in stone.

Beyond classes, you have always expressed your support for those taking Methods of Research and Chemical Engineering Design I, countless papers and equipments may have never reached completion without your help. Countless of experiments have been passed through your steady hands. Even outside the academe, you were always there: ever eager to render service throughout the preparations to compete in the College of Engineering's Exhibit.

Even without directly carrying on the mantle of "teacher" as a Non-teaching Personnel, we have no less learnt from you as much as we have our professors.

You stayed later than you would like or got there earlier than usual when we asked. You found the means to make non-working equipment to run in order for experiments to push through.

From beakers to sieves to mills, you stood at the center of the whirlwind of Chemical Engineering students rushing about to meet deadlines.

While we are sad to see you go, we are happy that new opportunities have come your way— though your impact remains forever with us!

You've seen us through many storms and gudied us to calmer waters, so we'll happily send you off as you brave what lies beyond these red and gold skies.
