Attention Incoming Grade 11 Students. The Qualifying Exam will be held on May 15, 2026 (Friday), 7:30am at Negros Occidental High School.
📌 APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
• No final grades below 85% in Science, and Mathematics and no final grades below 83% in any subjects in Grade 10
• School Form 9 (Report Card) – Original & Photocopy
• Certificate of Good Moral Character (for transferees only)

👕 Proper Dress Code for Qualifying Exam
1. Tops
• Collared shirt, polo shirt, or plain shirt
• No sleeveless, crop tops, or offensive prints
2. Bottoms
• Long pants, jeans, or school-approved slacks
• Skirts must be knee-length or longer
3. Footwear
• Closed shoes or sandals with straps
• Avoid slippers, flip-flops, or bedroom slippers
4. Grooming
• Neat and presentable appearance
• Hair should be properly groomed (no extreme styles or colors)
• Boys: clean-shaven

The Incoming Grade 7 STE Students whose names are listed below will have their Interview and Literacy-Numeracy Assessment on May 6,2026 at 8:00am.
Please take note of the important reminders:
1. Be on time for the interview and literacy-numeracy assessments.
2.Bring a photocopy of your PSA Birth Certificate.
3. Bring your Elementary Report Card.
4. Bring a ballpen.
5. Dress appropriately.
Failure to come or attend means your slot in the STE program will be forfeited and be given to the waitlisted.
