5/6/2026 | First-Year Social Work Students Visit Good Samaritan Outreach Center

Learning took a different space as first-year Social Work students of UNO-R visited the Good Samaritan Outreach Center for their final requirement in Filipino Personality and Social Work under Sir Aaron Kim Gil.

Together with mothers of the center’s scholars, they shared stories, laughter, and insights through a short gender-responsive activity. Moments like these show that meaningful learning happens when students engage directly with the communities they hope to serve.

UNO-R Social Work Program Seals Partnership with SOS Children’s Village Iloilo

The UNO-R Social Work Program formalized its partnership with SOS Children's Village Iloilo through a MOA signing on May 4, 2026 in Zarraga, Iloilo.

This collaboration strengthens our field instruction program by expanding linkages with accredited and licensed SWDAs beyond the Negros Island Region, opening more meaningful learning spaces for our FI students.

Present during the MOA signing were Ms. Jedd Niñofranco, Village Director; Mr. Miguel Zaldarriaga, FLC Head; CAS Dean Jade Snow C. Dionzon; School Field Instructor Ms. Janet Villanueva; and Social Work Program Head, Sir Aaron Kim Gil.

As we continue to build partnerships across regions, we remain grounded in our mission, believing that the UNO-R Social Work Program delivers quality social work education in Negros Occidental, shaped by strong community linkages and responsive field instruction.

BAKIT MAHALAGA ANG TRACK RECORD SA PAGPILI NG REVIEW CENTER

Ang pagre-review para sa board exam ay hindi biro—nakakapagod, nakaka-drain, at minsan overwhelming. Sandamakmak na impormasyon ang aaralin mo, kasabay pa ng pressure mula sa pamilya, paaralan, kaibigan, at higit sa lahat—sa sarili mo.

Kaya napakahalaga na tama ang pili mong review center.
Kung mag-iinvest ka rin lang ng oras, pagod, at pera, piliin mo na ang review center na may matibay na track record. Yung may magagandang feedback mula sa alumni, may mga competent na speakers at coaches, at higit sa lahat—mga licensed Social Workers na nagtuturo.

Bakit ito mahalaga?
Dahil Social Work Board Exam ang pinaghahandaan mo. Mas makaka-relate at makakapagbigay ng practical tips, strategies, at real experiences ang mga nagtuturo kung sila mismo ay dumaan at pumasa sa SWLE.

Bakit Nangunguna ang CQA?

Ang CQA Review Center ay kinikilala bilang isa sa pinakapopular at pinakamabilis lumago na review centers sa Pilipinas. Sa loob lamang ng 11 taon, matagumpay na napalawak ang aming presensya sa 14 branches sa buong bansa—isang malinaw na patunay ng aming matibay at epektibong review program.

Ang aming face-to-face review programs ay subok at napatunayan na sa tagumpay. Araw-araw kaming nagsasagawa ng mga review session at sinisiguro naming maayos, organisado, at angkop ang mga venue para sa lahat ng aming reviewees. Ang aming mga resource speakers ay alam na ang kanilang mga iskedyul nang maaga upang sila ay makapaghanda nang maayos—pisikal, mental, at emosyonal—para makapaghatid ng de-kalidad na pagtuturo.

Maingat naming pinipili ang aming mga speakers mula sa iba’t ibang henerasyon upang makapagbigay ng iba’t ibang pananaw at mas kumpletong karanasan sa pagtuturo. Sa CQA, mahalaga ang integridad. Hindi namin ipinopromote ang mga speaker na hindi naman tunay na makakadalo. Kung ano ang aming ipinapangako, iyon ang aming tinutupad.

Ang patuloy naming paglago ay pinapalakas ng aming matibay na samahan at iisang layunin. Ang CQA ay hindi isang “one-man show.” Nagbibigay kami ng mga oportunidad para sa propesyonal na pag-unlad at pagkakataon sa mga taong may potensyal. Ang tagumpay ng CQA ay hindi lamang para sa iilan—ito ay para sa lahat ng nagiging bahagi ng komunidad ng CQA.
