Today, the Lasallian Society of Hospitality Managers (LSHM) gathered at the USLS Chapel for our 2nd Sponsorship Mass (September 21, 2026 | 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM).

As hospitality student leaders, we believe that true service begins with a grounded heart. Day 3 featured coffee cupping, insights on quality farming and post-harvest practices, and a special recognition of Negros Occidental farmers who continue to strive for excellence in Philippine coffee.

Day 2 of the Negros Island Coffee Fiesta 2026 continued the celebration of coffee through meaningful conversations, knowledge-sharing, and experiences that brought the coffee community closer together.

Anchored on this yearโ€™s theme, โ€œBrewing Progress Together,โ€ the day explored the evolving landscape of Philippine coffeeโ€”from the Coffee Roadmap and the potential of Liberica coffee to sustainable farming practices, biodiversity, and stronger farmer-to-cafรฉ connections.

Each session offered valuable insights into the people, practices, and possibilities that shape the industry. Beyond the cup, the discussions emphasized that every brew carries a story of collaboration, resilience, and shared responsibility.
