CENTERPHIL MONTESSORI INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL - BACOLOD YEAR 2 OPM CONCERT for a CAUSE.

The much-awaited launching of the CMIS Bacolod OPM Concert for a Cause is set this coming September 2026, promising an inspiring celebration of Original Pilipino Music (OPM), artistry, and community service. The grand event will showcase the exceptional musical talents of the CMIS Bacolod Singers and musicians in a meaningful concert dedicated to a noble cause, uniting music lovers, supporters, families, and the community in one unforgettable evening of inspiration and Filipino pride.

Following the grand launching in Bacolod City, a series of special performances and outreach concerts outside Bacolod City are also being prepared, bringing the music and advocacy of CMIS to different areas across the region. These performances aim to inspire audiences through music while promoting culture, education, and humanitarian endeavors through the power of the performing arts.

Featured in the concert are the talented young singers and musicians of CenterPhil Montessori International School - Bacolod, who continue to undergo intensive musical and artistic training under the tutelage of renowned Negrense pianist, conductor, educator, and cultural advocate Alexander Magno Romero, the President of CenterPhil Montessori International School - Bacolod. Through his leadership and dedication, the students are being molded not only into skilled performers but also into disciplined and service-oriented young artists.

The concert is expected to feature beloved Filipino classics, contemporary OPM favorites, sacred and inspirational selections, and special collaborative performances that will highlight the richness of Filipino musical heritage. Audiences can look forward to heartfelt interpretations, outstanding musicianship, and performances that reflect the passion, excellence, and artistry of the CMIS music community.
