In an effort to raise money for Kadughan Breast Cancer Foundation Bacolod, TOTE-ALLY EMPOWERED is a fundraiser dedicated for great things, all with a touch of fashion. 🎀💄

People all around the world, most notably women, are affected by breast cancer – and no one is safe from its reaches.

💙💗Rouen’s candidate for Miss Vanguard, Cassandra Maureen Matugas, wants to spread awareness and disseminate information concerning said illness, and encourage more people to become advocates! So we brought the information to you! Yes, YOU! So everybody has the chance to learn!
