Gordon Mallory Theological School Holds Oath Taking Ceremony for Newly Elected Officers 2026
The Gordon Mallory Theological School (GMTS) recently held its Oath Taking Ceremony to officially install the newly elected officers for the A.Y. 2026.
The program began with a prelude and opening prayer, followed by the reading of the school’s Vision and Mission. Rev. Robert Diaz School registrar delivered his opening remarks, followed by message address delivered by the GMTS President Bishop Amado Perez to inspire and guide the new officers as they begin their term of service. “Leadership is a responsibility and it starts with servanthood so do it well,” he said.
A highlight of the event was the Introduction of the Elected Officers, followed by the Oath Taking Proper led by Min. Barbara Diaz, GMTS Dean of College. In this solemn moment, the officers pledged to serve with integrity, dedication, and faithfulness to the school and to God.
After the oath, Bishop Amado Perez, GMTS President, led the Commissioning, encouraging the officers to be faithful leaders and servant-hearted students.
The ceremony concluded with a solemn hymn from the GMTS Music Team, Closing Remarks, and words of appreciation from Min. Christina Perez, GMTS Administrator.
Serving as Lady of Ceremony was Min. Abigail Caranto, GMTS Secretary. The event was made more meaningful with music and worship led by the GMTS Music Team.
Also present were school teachers and staff Min. Randie De-ala, Evangelism Committee Adviser and Faculty Member Ptr. Armando Caranto, Min. St. Paulaine Marrie Llera, Rev. Robert Diaz, GMTS Registrar and School Board Member; and Min. Barbara Diaz, Dean of College, together with other faculty and staff.
More than a formal event, the Oath Taking Ceremony served as a reminder that leadership in ministry is rooted in service, commitment, and walking in God’s calling.
GMTS remains committed to training and equipping future leaders to serve the church and community with excellence.
To God be all the Glory!
