Culinary Innovation at the Bacolod Chicken Inasal Festival! ✨

Our very own Hospitality Management students recently showcased their exceptional culinary creativity at the Bacolod Chicken Inasal Festival, held at Ayala Malls Capitol Central last May 31, 2026 [cite: The user is a hospitality and tourism student and a project leader within the Hospitality and Tourism Society (HATS).

Guided by their coach Ms. Mary Irene Segura, the team took Bacolod’s iconic grilled classic and gave it a brilliant, boundary-pushing twist with their unique entry “Bacolod Chicken Inasal Infused with Malaysian Mi Goreng Flavors and a Hint of Bagoong”

This fusion dish perfectly highlighted the high-level talent, passion, and culinary excellence that our department strives for.
