Greetings, parents and guardians! The Bacolod City SPED Center is ready to welcome our learners for the School Year 2026–2027. We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment for everyone!

🎒 WHO MAY ENROL?

✅Kindergarten: 5 years old by October 31 of the enrollment year.
✅Grades 1–6
✅Transferees
✅Balik-Aral
✅Non-graded learners (not over 24 years old)

💙 OUR SPECIALIZATIONS:

We cater to learners with:
✅ Autism Spectrum Disorder
✅ Visual Impairment
✅ Hearing Impairment
✅ Intellectual Disability

📋 REQUIREMENTS TO BRING:

For Kindergarten:
👉Photocopy of Birth Certificate
👉ECCD Checklist from Day Care Center (if any)
👉Latest Doctor's Assessment or Recommendation for SNED Program (if available)

For Grade 1:
👉Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
👉Original Kinder ECCD Checklist, Progress Report Card, and Certificate of Completion

For Grade 2 - 6 and Non - Graded
👉Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
👉OriginalProgress Report Card

For Transferees and Balik - Aral
👉Original Progress Report Card
👉Photocopy of Birth Certificate
👉Latest Doctor's Assessment (if available)

Meet Ivan Aguilar

Ivan Aguilar is a proud Filipino and a Deaf person currently working in housekeeping at Robinsons Malls, Pavia, Iloilo. He has dedicated 3 years of service in his role, showing commitment and hard work.

He shares:
“I love working hard because I support my children and myself. During my days off, I also cook and deliver food to earn extra income. I believe in my ability to work and use my talents, even as a Deaf person.”
