Please be informed that there will be no office transactions in the afternoon of May 11, 2026, due to the Graduation Ceremony.

For the Basic Education Department:
✅ Office transactions will continue on Monday, May 11, 2026, morning only.
❌ Enrollment transactions will not be accommodated in the afternoon.
✅ Entrance examinations, however, will continue as scheduled in the afternoon.

Regular office transactions will resume on May 12, 2026, starting 9:00 a.m.

The Baccalaureate Mass will be held on May 8, 2026, at 1:30 PM at Queen of Peace Parish (Redemptorist), located near Colegio de San Agustin – Bacolod and Riverside Medical Center.

ALL GRADUATING STUDENTS of the College of Maritime Education and the College of Business and Education are REQUIRED to ATTEND.

𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡, 𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗦𝗢𝗡𝗜𝗔𝗡𝗦!

Practice for the Recognition Ceremony will be held on May 7, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the Covered Court.
All awardees are required to attend. Please come on time, wear proper civilian attire, and stay hydrated.
