The CHMSU Library warmly welcomes Vilma L. De Guzman, MLIS, AACCUP Accreditor from Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology, for the Level 1 Survey Visit on April 27, 2026.
As part of this important evaluation, the following programs across the Talisay, Alijis, and Binalbagan campuses will undergo accreditation:
• Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education (BTLEd) – Major in Home Economics
• Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education (BTLEd) – Major in Home Economics and Industrial Arts
• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (BECEd)

ANNOUNCEMENT | Library Service Hours
In compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 114 issued by the Office of
the President directing all government instrumentalities to implement
energy conservation protocols, the Alijis Campus Library of Carlos
Hilado Memorial State University (CHMSU) announces the updated Library
Service Hours.
This schedule adjustment supports the government’s initiative to
promote efficient energy use and conservation in all public
institutions.
The library encourage students, faculty, and staff to plan their library visits
within the stated hours while continuing to maximize the use of our
learning resources and study spaces.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we support
national energy conservation efforts.
Library service hours will resume their regular schedule until further notice from the government.
