As we conclude the first day of AY 2026–2027, we congratulate every Lawsallian for taking the first step toward another year of learning, service, and growth.

Whether you are stepping into law school for the first time or continuing your pursuit of becoming an advocate for justice, remember that every challenge is an opportunity to grow in knowledge, character, and service. The USLS College of Law invites the public to an Animal Welfare Seminar and Free Legal Clinic tomorrow, June 17, 2026, at the Barangay Cansilayan Covered Court, Murcia, Negros Occidental. 🐾⚖️

The program will begin with an Animal Welfare Seminar at 10:00 AM, aimed at promoting responsible pet ownership, animal welfare awareness, and community participation in protecting animals.

This will be followed by a Free Legal Clinic at 1:00 PM, where participants may avail of basic legal consultation, assistance in the preparation of simple affidavits, and notarization services.

This free community outreach activity is organized by the Incoming Fourth Year Law Student Practitioners as part of their Clinical Legal Education Program (CLEP), in partnership with volunteer lawyers and community stakeholders.

Participants are encouraged to bring all relevant documents and records related to their legal concerns to ensure proper assistance.
