The fight for Press Freedom is a fight for democracy. It serves as the voice of the people, uncovering realities that many would rather keep hidden. When journalists are silenced, 𝒔𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒕𝒚 𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒊𝒕𝒔 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒅𝒆𝒇𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒕 𝒊𝒏𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒆.

Caging the news and its bearers is nothing more than a disguise for propaganda and misinformation to spread unchecked. It creates an environment where fear replaces transparency and manipulation replaces facts.

When truth is treated as a threat, democracy begins to crumble. The press 𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒏𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒃𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒅 by intimidation, censorship, or violence. Instead, it must be protected and allowed to operate independently for the welfare of the people.

The Press should not be oppressed, because a society without a free press is a society left vulnerable to deception and abuse. Defending Press Freedom means defending truth, justice, and the people’s right to know.

The PAHS Table Tennis Team stepped into every match with determination and heart, turning every rally into a test of skill, patience, and teamwork. Each point was earned through discipline and the will to fight until the very end.

The Men’s Team emerged as 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 , showing composure under pressure and consistency in every game they played. The Women’s Team delivered an impressive run as well, finishing as 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐑𝐔𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐑-𝐔𝐏, proving their strength and competitiveness throughout the tournament.

From intense rallies to crucial match points, both teams showed that PAHS spirit is built on effort, unity, and resilience. Every swing of the paddle carried pride for the council and passion for the game.

With this, the Nightingales continue to prove that excellence is not just about the win—it’s about how you fight for every point.

The PAHS Futsal Team stepped onto the court with determination, giving their all in every play and every possession. Each pass, sprint, and goal attempt reflected 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭, 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞.

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐏𝐀𝐇𝐒 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦!

Though the results may not have placed them on the podium, their performance showed 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 against strong opponents. Every match became a chance to learn, grow, and push beyond limits.

They played with heart, stayed united, and represented PAHS with pride from start to finish.

With this, the Nightingales prove that 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨, but by the courage to keep going and give your best in every game.

The crowd went boisterous as they witnessed the final battle of PAHS and SPARC women's volleyball team. Both team executed intense power and vitality but there's only one team that can be declared as the victor. With a final score of 3-0, the PAHS women's team left no room to fumble and overplayed the SPARC.

The PAHS men's volleyball team also soared up high with their Nightingale wings and successfully claimed the championship against the ARTS. Ending the game with a score of 3-0, they have shown how their goal to win connected them and led them to victory. A champion through and through!
