Earlier tonight, the entire slate of candidates for the upcoming College Student Council elections gathered for an intensive Online Pre-Briefing Campaign Meeting.

This strategic assembly was designed to align campaign objectives, dissect the student handbook, and map out a structured roadmap for the upcoming student elections.

As leadership expert John C. Maxwell famously noted, “A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.”

This team is prepared to do exactly that. We are ready to take on the dual responsibilities of both the Executive and Legislative branches of student governance to serve you effectively.

500 seedlings. 42 volunteers. One shared future. 🌱

The STI West Negros University Supreme Student Government, together with the Departmental Councils, ROTC Unit, SDRRMU, and student volunteers, culminated our Earth Month celebration on May 1 at Purok Calubay, Brgy. Sampinit, Bago City.

By planting 500 mangrove seedlings, we did more than restore a coastline, we helped build a natural shield for our communities and a thriving habitat for marine life.

This milestone was made possible through the support of dedicated partners. Our sincere gratitude to Ms. Ma. Theresa R. Pialago of PENRO Negros Occidental for connecting us to vital resources, and to Mr. Rex Magbanua of DENR Bago City for your guidance in making this initiative possible.

Aligned with the STI Community Earth Day theme, “Our Power, Our Planet,” this effort reflects how student leadership, when grounded in purpose and united in action, can create real and lasting impact. Because protecting our planet starts with us, and grows through what we choose to do together today. 🌍
