𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗣 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧: ROTC 14𝒕𝒉 𝑾𝒆𝒆𝒌 𝒐𝒇 𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒅 𝑺𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓

May 16, 2026 - The ROTC unit conducted its 14th week of instruction for the second semester, commencing at 0630H under the leadership of Training Officer Sgt Neil T Jucal. The activity began with an invocation led by 1CL MAEA ARGELINE CANTO, followed by the singing of the Philippine National Hymn and the STI Hymn.

As Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection is fast approaching, All Military Stakes under ROTC component doubling their effort to master the synchronized movements and disciplined ex*****on for upcoming RAATI.

Afterwhich, MSg Herson E Galang RES (PA) provided a briefing to all ROTC Regular Cadets that All their Actions should have consequences. Furthermore, The specialized units demonstrated high levels of technical proficiency through simultaneous drills, The instructional strength includes Sixty-Six (66) Military Police (MP), Twenty-Two (22) from COCC, Thirty-Eight (38) from Drillers, and 10 cadets from SDRRMU.

The training concluded at 0757H in the morning, the dismissal led by LTC Rey T Eslabon RES (PA).

𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲— Commence at 0630H, the drillers and other CWTS cadets formed in STI West Negros University's football field. With the leadership of Trng Officer Sgt Neil T Jucal, the cadets were under training for the upcoming RAATI.

An invocation led by 1CL MAEA ARGELINE CANTO followed by the Philippine National Anthem and STI Hymn.

Cadets then were guided by their instructors. Ms. Noemi Dela Peña , Ms. Alemarie Sait, and Mr. North David. They tackled about culminating planning and their topics on the " The Project Implementation for the benefit of their beneficiaries". They also passed their
Reflection papers from the first week of instruction up to the present.

The 14th week of instruction concluded at 1300H. CWTS Cadets continued their community engagement, supporting the most vulnerable families and communities across the City. Moreso, they have instilled the values of Patriotism, Compassion and Discipline.

𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐏 𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓: 𝐋𝐓𝐒 𝟏𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫

𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 — In the Arao gym at the specific time of 0730H, The Literacy Training Service(LTS) cadets, who were mainly composed of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology(BSIT) students, gather and prepare the activities, prizes, and lessons for the attendants. Once done, the cadets spread out in groups to find willing volunteers for the culmination activity.

Starting at 0830H, the attendants engaged in games, and listened well to the topics of discussion relating to the Basic Parts of a Computer, and Cyber security and were rewarded with candy and coloring books. The event went smoothly with the careful guidance of instructors Ms. Reymithell D Matson and Ms. Khimbirly E Orquia.


Once the time of day became 1000H, the LTS 14th Week of Instruction for the Second Semester concluded. With fair goodbyes and minds renewed with information and experience, the cadets and instructors bid farewell to the residents of Arao. This culmination activity was not only aimed for the outreach to spread practical knowledge, but also acted as a building block to deepen community coordination.

𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐏 𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓: 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝟏𝟑𝐭𝐡 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫

May 2, 2026—The 13th Week of instruction for the second semester has commenced on 0630H. With the leadership of LTC REY T ESLABON (Res) PA. This week's formation commenced with an invocation led by 1CL MAEA ARGELINE CANTO, followed by the National Anthem and the STI Hymn.

Begun with the Leadership of Trng Officer Sgt Neil T Jucal, the Pre-Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection of the National Service Training Program (NSTP) at STI West Negros University commenced at 0646H on May 2, 2026. An invocation led by 1CL MAEA ARGELINE CANTO followed, along with the singing of the National Anthem and the STI Hymn. The activity served as an initial preparation for the upcoming Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection, focusing on discipline, coordination, and overall readiness of the cadets.

As the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection approaches, all Military Stakes under the ROTC component are doubling their efforts to master synchronized movements and disciplined ex*****on. With the guidance of LTC REY T ESLABON (RES) PA, the unit continues to strengthen its preparedness for the Tactical Inspection. A total of 37 SDRRMU personnel, 211 ROTC cadets, and 63 Military Police participated, alongside specialized groups in M16, map reading, knot tying, theoretical, COCC, and drillers, all working together to improve performance.

The training concluded at 1030H, highlighting the dedication, discipline, and teamwork of the cadets as they prepare for the upcoming Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection.

𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 — By the order of Trng Officer Sgt Neil T Jucal, on 0630H the cadets head into formation for the opening ceremony. In command of the invocation and flag ceremony is 1CL ARGELINE MAE CANTO. After the conclusion of the ceremony at the time of 0700H, the LTS cadets were directed to their designated areas.

As the ROTC, SDRRMU, MP, and officers practice for Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI), the LTS are to bear witness to the performance while holding in silence, applaud in proper form, pledge to the Philippine flag and sing the Filipino Anthem.

Under the specific time of 0900H the Literacy Training Service(LTS) cadets head to the main building's 4th floor. Guided by the instructors Ms. Jessica Melmida, Ms. Reymithell de la Peña, Ms. Sofia Caña, and Ms. Bernadeth dela Torre, the LTS cadets that are composed of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Major Management(BSBA-MM), Bachelor of Science Information Technology, and Bachelor of Science in Accountancy are taught and prepared for the Private Schools Athletic Association(PRISAA) coming soon, additionally they held their Collection of goods for Peace Pantry, and the finalization for the culmination activity.

The 13th Week of Instruction has concluded at the time of 1000H. With the lessons and practice they have been given, the LTS component for what comes next for the rest of the weeks of instructions and special events. All for the purpose of strengthening the possibility of a better tomorrow.
