Please take note of the following schedule:
Starting Jan 5: We will begin conducting Assessments and accepting Document Submissions.

Requirements:
✅ Photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA)
✅ Report Card (for those with previous schooling)
✅ Reservation Fee: ₱3,500 (to secure your slot)
