This community was created to give Information Technology Students (BSIS/ACT) , a place to discuss their crafts and other personal issues regarding the ACCESS and Departmental Issues. I'ts been created for anybody that's a student of Bacolod City College, doesn't matter if your from any department, there's a home for you here. Brief History

-ACCESS was founded and established in June 2010 by Vicente F. Patalita III (a former instructor of BSIS/ACT department) together with the first batch of BSIS students.

-Jordan John Arnaez became the first president of ACCESS (SY 2010-2011)/Adviser-V.Patalita III

-Babylyn Asuelo was elected ACCESS President for SY 2011-2012, Adviser-V.Patalita III

-George Treyes was elected ACCESS President for A.Y 2012-2013, Adviser – Mr. Alexander Diamante

-Andrew Lachica was elected as ACCESS President for A.Y. 2013-2014. Adviser - Mr. Diamante.

-Jasmine Malunes was elected as President for A.Y. 2014-2015

-Lykha Amosco was elected as president for A. Y 2015-2016.

-Deryl Kaye Barredo was elected as President for A.Y. 2016-2017.

-Rie Ann Mitchao was elected as President for A.Y. 2017-2018.
