Day 2 of Business Tour
On September 11, 2026, the Business and Entrepreneurship students of La Consolacion College Bacolod continued their learning beyond the classroom. Through visits to various industries and business establishments, the students gained firsthand experience and practical knowledge about how businesses operate in the real world. This opportunity allowed them to connect the concepts they have learned in school with actual business practices and professional environments.
The students first visited Jojo Vito Art Gallery, where they learned how creativity and artistic talent can be developed into a successful business while appreciating Bacolodโs culture and heritage. They were also given the opportunity to paint their own masks, allowing them to express their creativity. Next, they visited Mansion de Bacolod, where they learned how a historic mansion was preserved and transformed into a restaurant while maintaining its cultural significance. The students also enjoyed lunch and experienced the establishmentโs warm hospitality. Their final destination was Mandaue Foam, where they gained insights into customer satisfaction, quality products, and effective business operations.
Overall, the students gained valuable knowledge and experiences from each industry they visited. Through these visits, they learned about entrepreneurship, customer service, creativity, and business operations in real-world settings. This experience gave them a better understanding of how different businesses succeed and contribute to the community. Most importantly, the lessons they learned will serve as inspiration and guidance as they prepare for their future careers and professional journeys.
