VMA GUIDANCE CENTER | TELE-COUNSELING SERVICES

Even while you are on board, you are never alone.

The VMA Guidance Center is now offering Tele-Counseling Services to VMA students who are currently undergoing on-board training, feeling unwell, and would like to seek counseling support online.

📱 How to Avail of Tele-Counseling:

1️⃣ Message us
Send a message to the official VMA Guidance Center page to request a counseling session.

2️⃣ Wait for your assigned counselor
Your assigned counselor will contact you regarding your request.

3️⃣ Schedule your session
Your counselor will coordinate with you and schedule your tele-counseling session.

4️⃣ Share your feedback
After your session, please accomplish the Counseling Evaluation Form. Your feedback helps us improve our services.

Wellness at Sea Conference 2026 – South East Asia (Virtual)

As you prepare for your journey in the maritime industry, take this opportunity to invest in your well-being and future.

The VMA Guidance Office warmly invites all students to join the Wellness at Sea Conference 2026, organized by Sailors' Society and proudly sponsored by Britannia P&I Club and Tindall Riley, a virtual seminar that will equip future seafarers with valuable insights on mental health, resilience, financial wellness, relationships, crisis support, and spirituality essential aspects of thriving both at sea and in life.

⚓ We especially encourage our graduating students and those currently on board training to participate. Other interested students are also welcome to attend.

📢 ENROLLMENT ADVISORY

Please be informed that Enrollment for the First Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027 will officially end on Friday, July 17, 2026.

All students are advised to complete their enrollment on or before the deadline. After July 17, 2026, the College will no longer accommodate enrollment applications, and no further requests for late enrollment will be accepted.

Please ensure that you complete your enrollment within the prescribed period to secure your slot for the semester.
