Pursuant to Executive Order No. 49. classes in ALL LEVELS in both PUBLIC and PRIVATE schools in Bacolod City are SUSPENDED today, JULY 24, 2026, upon the recommendation of the Bacolod City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO), in line with the DOST - PAGASA Regional Heavy Rainfall Warning No. 1 Issued at 02:00 AM July 24, 2026 placing the City under Yellow Heavy Rainfall.
Schools are encouraged to shift to modular distance learning performance tasks and projects to ensure that learning competencies are met.

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 48, classes in ALL LEVELS in both PUBLIC and PRIVATE schools in Bacolod City are SUSPENDED tomorrow, JULY 10, 2026, upon the recommendation of the Bacolod City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO), in line with DOST-PAGASA Regional Weather Forecast for Negros Occidental indicating strong wind and Weather Advisory No. 13 for Tropical Cyclone Inday and the Southwest Monsoon placing the region under Yellow Heavy Rainfall Forecast (50-100mm).
