The activity served as a valuable platform to present the guidelines, opportunities, and essential details of the ESP, which is designed to support the academic and professional advancement of employees within the university.

Through the orientation, participants gained a clearer understanding of the program’s purpose, qualifications, and benefits which give emphasis on UNO-R’s continued dedication to lifelong learning, employee development, and excellence.

The Human Resource Management and Development Office successfully conducted a seminar for Administrative Secretaries and Office Assistants last March 18, 2026, at the Psychology Activity Center of UNO-R, Incorporated.

The seminar gathered the university’s administrative secretaries and office assistants for a meaningful learning session designed to strengthen their professional competencies and recognize their vital role in supporting the efficient delivery of office operations and institutional services.

Serving as the Resource Speaker was Dr. Ma. Judy B. Legaspi, Secretary to the University President, who shared valuable insights and practical guidance on professionalism, excellence in service, and the important contributions of administrative personnel in maintaining an organized and productive work environment.

The activity also provided participants with an opportunity to reflect on their responsibilities, enhance their skills, and gain renewed motivation in carrying out their duties within the university.

Through initiatives like this, HRMDO continues to affirm its commitment to employee development by creating learning opportunities that empower personnel, improve workplace performance, and contribute to the continued growth and excellence of the UNO-R community.

The Employees Sportsfest 2026 of UNO-R, Incorporated wrapped up with a joyful Culmination Program last March 7, 2026, celebrating teamwork, sportsmanship, and unforgettable moments on and off the court. AT A GLANCE | The University of Negros Occidental – Recoletos, Incorporated conducted its Annual Physical Examination (APE) for employees on February 18–19, 2026, at the University campus, as part of its continuing commitment to employee health and wellness.

The activity, organized by the Human Resource Management and Development Office in coordination with partner healthcare professionals, provided teaching and non-teaching personnel with medical services including laboratory procedures. The initiative aims to support early detection of health concerns, promote preventive care, and ensure the physical fitness of employees.

Through this annual program, the University reaffirms its dedication to fostering a healthy, productive, and resilient academic community, recognizing that the well-being of its personnel plays a vital role in achieving institutional excellence.

The celebration brought light and enjoyable moments as employees took a break from their daily routines, shared laughter with colleagues, and felt the love and appreciation within the workplace.

HRMDO continues to create meaningful activities that bring joy and promote a happy and supportive environment for all employees. ❤

Human Resource Management and Development Office organized a Series of Orientation Seminar for the newly hired employees of University of Negros Occidental – Recoletos, Incorporated last October 24, 2025 at the University Auditorium.

The department invited speakers from within the institution who discussed key topics focusing on Augustinian Values, HR Matters, and ICTD and MIS Processes, all aligned with the institution’s objectives.

The orientation provided employees with a deeper understanding of the university's core values, policies, vision, and goals.
