Last 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, our first-year and incoming students gathered for a day of learning and self-discovery during our Psychological First Aid Training. A huge thank you to 𝙈𝙧. 𝙆𝙪𝙧𝙩 𝘿𝙪𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙖, 𝙍𝙋𝙈, 𝘾𝙃𝙍𝘼, for leading this insightful session!

From pouring out emotions in "𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙪𝙥 𝙤𝙛 𝙁𝙚𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨" to sharing personal stories through "𝘿𝙧𝙖𝙬 𝙖 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝘼𝙧𝙩 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣," our students learned how to navigate their mental well-being in a healthy, creative way.

These activities serve as vital tools in minimizing the risk of resurfacing trauma while fostering a supportive community for all.
