📢 Strengthening Consumer Advocacy Through Collaboration!

BTTHS ConsYOUmerism Club Adviser, Ms. Mary Joy Siglos, proudly attended the Coordination Meeting of the Negros Occidental Consumer Network (ConsumerNet) organized by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) – Negros Occidental Provincial Office held on June 10, 2026, at Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod.

The meeting gathered consumer organizations and partner agencies committed to promoting consumer welfare, protecting consumer rights, and strengthening fair trade practices through collaborative efforts and effective consumer protection initiatives.

As a DTI-recognized Consumer Organization, the BTTHS ConsYOUmerism Club remains dedicated to empowering students to become informed, responsible, and proactive consumers. This participation reflects our commitment to advancing consumer education and fostering stronger partnerships that contribute to the welfare of our community.

We extend our sincere appreciation to DTI Negros Occidental for this opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions and be part of a network that champions consumer protection and advocacy.
