- Head Teacher: Starting at 30,000+ PHP per month
- Head Teacher Assistant: Starting at 23,000+ PHP per month

📋 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
✔ Support and manage the academic operations of the language school
✔ Monitor class quality, schedules, and academic standards
✔ Assist in teacher training, evaluations, and performance management
✔ Prepare academic reports and maintain academic records
✔ Coordinate communication between management, teachers, and students
✔ Help ensure a positive and effective learning environment

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
✔ Previous ESL teaching experience is preferred
✔ Leadership or academic management experience is an advantage
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Passion for education and student success

⏰ WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 08:00 AM – 5:00 PM

✔ Coordinate with government units and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
✔ Compute and process employee payroll and mandatory deductions.
✔ Review, verify, and liquidate employee expense reports and petty cash.
✔ Maintain organized personnel records and assist with basic bookkeeping.
