Our Bacolod Main Center team took a fun and meaningful break with “As a Newbie, I Should Be…”—a Peer Group activity focused on workplace values, adaptability, and continuous learning.

Through reflections and Newbie Charades, team members shared the qualities that help us learn, adjust, and grow together.
