Earlier today, August 6, 2026, 𝗖𝗦𝗔-𝗕 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 (𝗖𝗥𝗖𝗬) stood on watch, ready to respond and provide assistance to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone throughout the 𝙏𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝙉𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜: 𝙀𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙉𝙚𝙭𝙩 𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙎𝙮𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙪𝙢 held at the CSA-B Gymnasium.

As technology extends the reach of nursing, CRCY extends the spirit of service, remaining present, prepared, and ready to lend a helping hand whenever care is needed. 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬.🚨

In collaboration with the 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘂 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗕𝗙𝗣) and the 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻 – 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗱 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, a was successfully conducted to strengthen emergency preparedness within the school community.

CSAB Red Cross Youth (RCY), faculty, staff, and school personnel 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, demonstrating teamwork, coordination, and shared commitment to campus safety. Meanwhile, students and everyone on campus also took part in the drill by remaining calm, following proper evacuation procedures, and safely proceeding to their designated assembly areas.

Every drill is an 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻, improve, and become better prepared for emergencies. Together, we continue to build a safer and more resilient Augustinian community.

A new academic year begins with hearts united in faith and service. On July 30, 2026, the Colegio San Agustin – Bacolod community gathered at the CSA-B Gymnasium for the annual 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘀, marking the start of a new academic year through a celebration that strengthened the community's shared faith and Augustinian spirit.

As the CSAB community celebrated this meaningful occasion, the 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 (𝗖𝗥𝗖𝗬) stood on duty, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗶𝗱 and 𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 to help ensure the safety and well-being of everyone throughout the event.

With one heart and one purpose, we live out our faith not only through prayer, but through selfless service to others. ❤⛑

The journey continues as our participants immersed themselves in the fundamentals of 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗶𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 (𝗘𝗙𝗔-𝗕𝗟𝗦) during the second day of the series of trainings, held in collaboration with CSA-B SRCY and CSA-B SPRCY.

Throughout the training, participants learned 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 and 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 that can be applied in 𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. The sessions covered 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 and 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 and 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀, 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱𝘀, and the 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗼𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗖𝗣𝗥)—all of which are essential in providing safe and effective first aid.

Guiding the participants throughout the training were𝗛𝗲𝗻𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔. 𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗮 and 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗲𝗹 𝗩. 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗯𝗮𝘁, who shared their expertise and practical experiences to help our future Red Cross Youth volunteers develop the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence needed to respond when it matters most.

As we continue this journey, may today’s learning inspire us to remain 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗱, 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲.

Today marked the successful opening of the 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 (𝗬𝗩𝗙𝗖), conducted in collaboration with CSA-B SRCY and CSA-B SPRCY.

The first day of the course brought together aspiring volunteers eager to grow in 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲, 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲. Through engaging discussions and interactive activities, participants 𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 of the𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀, and 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 while strengthening their commitment to volunteerism and service to the community.

Guiding our participants throughout the day were our instructors, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗽 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲 and 𝗠𝘀. 𝗚𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗘𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼, who shared their knowledge, experiences, and insights to help our future volunteers better understand what it truly means to serve with humanity, impartiality, and compassion.

Serving humanity is always in style. This National CPR Day, we are putting lifesaving skills into action. 🩷⛑️

In celebration of National CPR Day, Colegio San Agustin–Bacolod College Red Cross Youth proudly participated in the Mass CPR Activity and CPR Caravan organized by the Colegio San Agustin–Bacolod Senior Plus Red Cross Youth and the Senior High School Department. This is to promote life-saving awareness and equip students with essential emergency response skills. 🫀⛑️
The program began with an orientation highlighting the importance of CPR and the role of immediate response during emergencies. This was followed by the CPR Caravan, where participants applied what they had learned through hands-on demonstrations and guided practical performance, strengthening their confidence and readiness to respond in times of need.

With this, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to Sir Jansen M. Tabujara, RN, EMT-B, for serving as our resource speaker and facilitator. Thank you for sharing your expertise, passion, and invaluable knowledge in emergency care, inspiring future responders to serve with competence and compassion. ❤️
