The meeting gathered committee members and concerned officers to discuss operational plans, assign responsibilities, and ensure that all preparations are aligned toward the successful implementation of the event.

๐——๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด, the committee reviewed the program flow, security and discipline protocols, logistical requirements, and coordination strategies to provide a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for the newest members of the UNO-Rian community. Through collaborative planning and shared commitment, the SDPC continues to uphold its mission of promoting order, discipline, and excellence in every student engagement initiative.
