The culinary competition gathered talented student chefs from various schools, each presenting their own creative and innovative twist on the iconic Bacolod chicken inasal. Representing the Culinary Arts program of First Academy were 𝗞𝗶𝗺 𝗕𝗿𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗖. 𝗗𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗼, 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗮 𝗙. 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗼 𝗟. 𝗟𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻, led by their chef instructor, 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳 𝗝𝗼𝗷𝗼 𝗬𝗮𝗽. They impressed the judges with their creativity, culinary skills, and their flair for fusing Hawaiian flavors with the unique taste of Bacolod chicken inasal.
