On April 22, 2026, the Dr. Carl Balita Review Center administered the National Aptitude and Normative Test for Educators (NANTE) to third-year and fourth-year College of Education students at the TV Building of University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos, Incorporated.

The NANTE serves as a comprehensive evaluation instrument designed to measure graduating students’ competencies in General Education and Professional Education. It consists of two 100-item examinations patterned after actual board examination questions and aligned with the Professional Regulation Commission Table of Specifications (PRC TOS).
