A good person deserves to be remembered forever.
Rest in peace, Sir Miko. Your love, faith, and impact will remain in our hearts.๐๐๏ธ
With deep sorrow and heavy hearts, we mourn the passing of our dear friend, Mikael โMikoโ Alarcon, co-employee and a friend to all whose life touched so many with kindness, friendship, and unforgettable memories. Though his time with us was far too short, the love, laughter, and moments we shared with him will forever remain in our hearts.
Miko was more than a friend โ he was a source of joy, strength, and warmth to everyone around him. His presence made difficult days lighter and happy moments even more meaningful. Today, we grieve his loss, but we also celebrate the beautiful life he lived and the impact he made on all of us.
As we say our goodbyes, we hold on to the memories he gave us and the bond that death can never erase. May he rest peacefully in Godโs eternal embrace, free from pain and suffering.
Forever remembered. Forever missed. Forever our friend.
Rest in peace, Miko.

Congratulations to PASOA President ๐๐น๐ฝ๐ต๐ฎ ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐. ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐บ๐ถ๐น๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ผ for winning two major awards during the HIBLA, a sustainable runway showโmain highlight of the Sustainable Expo spearheaded by the BCC Advocates for Kalikasan; Unifying, Restoring, Augmenting and Nurturing (BAKURAN) in partnership with the Consortium of the Artistically Driven (CAD).
Showcasing a handmade recycled outfit titled โSans Rรจgles,โ she highlighted creativity, craftsmanship, and advocacy through fashion. The outfit, which took several days to complete, featured a cropped pink puff jacket made from soft sweater fabric paired with blue jorts crafted from parts of a dress, skirt, and pants. Worn by a boy, it symbolizes that fashion has no strict rules or gender limitations. The necktie, designed with buttons and clock details, served as a reminder that time changes and outdated beliefs should no longer limit self-expression.
The design also highlighted the importance of sustainability and environmental awareness by promoting the recycling of old clothes to help conserve energy, water, and raw materials while reducing the carbon footprint of textile production.
Samillano was hailed as ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ผ๐ป and ๐๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ during the event, while the recycled outfit was modeled by her supportive partner, ๐ฅ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฒ ๐ . ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ป๐, who also received recognition as one of the eventโs featured models.
PASOA is truly proud of you for using your creativity and advocacy to inspire others and promote meaningful self-expression. Your achievement reflects not only artistic excellence but also the power of art and fashion as platforms for awareness and change. Congratulations once again!
