A good person deserves to be remembered forever.

Rest in peace, Sir Miko. Your love, faith, and impact will remain in our hearts.๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ

With deep sorrow and heavy hearts, we mourn the passing of our dear friend, Mikael โ€œMikoโ€ Alarcon, co-employee and a friend to all whose life touched so many with kindness, friendship, and unforgettable memories. Though his time with us was far too short, the love, laughter, and moments we shared with him will forever remain in our hearts.

Miko was more than a friend โ€” he was a source of joy, strength, and warmth to everyone around him. His presence made difficult days lighter and happy moments even more meaningful. Today, we grieve his loss, but we also celebrate the beautiful life he lived and the impact he made on all of us.

As we say our goodbyes, we hold on to the memories he gave us and the bond that death can never erase. May he rest peacefully in Godโ€™s eternal embrace, free from pain and suffering.

Forever remembered. Forever missed. Forever our friend.

Rest in peace, Miko.

Congratulations to PASOA President ๐—”๐—น๐—ฝ๐—ต๐—ฎ ๐—š๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ ๐——. ๐—ฆ๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ถ๐—น๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ผ for winning two major awards during the HIBLA, a sustainable runway showโ€”main highlight of the Sustainable Expo spearheaded by the BCC Advocates for Kalikasan; Unifying, Restoring, Augmenting and Nurturing (BAKURAN) in partnership with the Consortium of the Artistically Driven (CAD).

Showcasing a handmade recycled outfit titled โ€œSans Rรจgles,โ€ she highlighted creativity, craftsmanship, and advocacy through fashion. The outfit, which took several days to complete, featured a cropped pink puff jacket made from soft sweater fabric paired with blue jorts crafted from parts of a dress, skirt, and pants. Worn by a boy, it symbolizes that fashion has no strict rules or gender limitations. The necktie, designed with buttons and clock details, served as a reminder that time changes and outdated beliefs should no longer limit self-expression.

The design also highlighted the importance of sustainability and environmental awareness by promoting the recycling of old clothes to help conserve energy, water, and raw materials while reducing the carbon footprint of textile production.

Samillano was hailed as ๐—–๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ฝ๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป and ๐—•๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜ ๐——๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฟ during the event, while the recycled outfit was modeled by her supportive partner, ๐—ฅ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฒ ๐— . ๐—ฆ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜‡, who also received recognition as one of the eventโ€™s featured models.

PASOA is truly proud of you for using your creativity and advocacy to inspire others and promote meaningful self-expression. Your achievement reflects not only artistic excellence but also the power of art and fashion as platforms for awareness and change. Congratulations once again!

PASOA Culture and Arts Chairperson ๐—•๐—ผ๐—ฏ๐—ฏ๐˜† ๐— . ๐—•๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ผ showcased his talent and artistic excellence as he participated in the Sustainable Expo spearheaded by the BCC Advocates for Kalikasan; Unifying, Restoring, Augmenting and Nurturing (BAKURAN) in partnership with the Consortium of the Artistically Driven (CAD), under the theme โ€œ๐˜—๐˜ข๐˜จ๐˜ฃ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜จ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ ๐˜๐˜ข๐˜ญ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ ๐˜ด๐˜ข ๐˜’๐˜ข๐˜ฃ๐˜ช๐˜ด๐˜ถ๐˜ฅ๐˜ญ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ: ๐˜๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜บ๐˜ข ๐˜ด๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜จ ๐˜’๐˜ข๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ญ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ๐˜ฃ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ.โ€

Through his artwork, he highlighted the importance of using art as a platform for awareness and social reflection. His painting portrayed the unity of the marginalized against the greed and oppression of the privileged, symbolizing resilience, collective strength, and the ongoing struggles present within society.

The exhibit aimed to inspire deeper understanding and empathy through artistic expression, proving that art goes beyond aestheticsโ€”it carries stories and powerful messages capable of sparking conversations and change.

Britanicoโ€™s participation reflects how paint and brushstrokes come alive when they are given meaning and purpose, turning creativity into a voice for awareness, unity, hope, and an eye-opener to everyone.
