​On April 25, 2026, at the Villa San Agustin Campus, the Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod ROTC Unit stood before the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI)2026 Team. Led by the Chairman, COL DON L VILLANUEVA GSC (INF) PA, Director-605TH Community Defense Center,this inspection was more than a mere test of military proficiency—it was a trial of character.

​True leadership is not measured by numbers, but by the weight of responsibility one is willing to carry. While outnumbered, our small but resolute corps of officers—comprised of only one 1st Class Officer, one 2nd Class Officer, and 19 Basic Cadet Officers—proved that quality is more powerful than quantity.

​Under the supervision and support of our NSTP Director, Ms. Ma. Theresa A. Tingson, MBA, and the dedicated training staff including our Commandant CPT ORLANDO D FAREN (RES) PA,Sgt. Kurt M. Guirnela (Res) PA-ROTC Coordinator these young leaders rose to the challenge.

​With grit and unwavering focus, the CSA-B ROTCU garnered a remarkable rating of 90.82%.
​This score is not just a statistic; it represents the sweat on the parade ground, the sharp snap of every salute, and the silent dedication to the values of "Virtus et Scientia".

To our cadets: you have shown that the Augustinian spirit does not falter under pressure; it shines.❤️💛✨

Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod ROTC Unit has proven its excellence in disaster response and emergency readiness. This annual event, established by the NSTP Director Ms. Ma. Theresa A. Tingson, MBA, that aims to:

🏆Ensure all students possess the technical skills required for effective basic first aid and disaster preparedness.

🏆Challenge the physical and mental fortitude of cadets in simulated emergency scenarios.

​On 28 March 2026, the grounds of Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod bore witness to a significant milestone in the lives of our cadets and cadet officers. The CSA-B ROTC Unit successfully held its 8th Annual Presentation of Parents, Sponsors, and Escorts, a ceremony steeped in discipline, gratitude, and Augustinian pride.
​The event was a beautiful tribute to the support systems behind our future leaders—the parents,sponsors and es**rts who stand as the pillars of their journey

​The program commenced with a heartfelt message from Ms. Ma. Theresa A. Tingson, MBA, the Director of the National Service Training Program (NSTP). She warmly welcomed the esteemed guests, school administrators, and the families whose presence made the occasion truly special.

​We were deeply honored to have
CPT GERESTY L FUASAN (AGS) PA as our Guest of Honor and Speaker (GOHAS).
​CPT FUASAN graduated Cum laude with her Bachelors Degree in Psychology in 2016 and passed the Psychometrician Licensure Examination on the same year. After college, She entered the Probationary Officer Training Course (POTC "MALANGAS") 2018 and later joined the Officer Preparatory Course (OPC "SALINLAHI") 2018. She was a proud member of the Scout Ranger Orientation Course (SROC) Class 100.
She was a former Bn S1 of CSA-BROTCU during her First Class advance cadet officership, currently she serves as the Chief of the Career Management Section, Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Personnel, 6th Infantry Division, Philippine Army. As she return to her alma mater, it served as a powerful testament to what an Augustinian can achieve through dedication,perseverance and service to God and country.😇🇵🇭
