About our theme:
โ€ข Honoring Our Past: History, roots, and legacy define every great milestone. This week, we honor the dedicated and visionary people and pivotal events that laid the foundation for our enduring institution.

โ€ข Future-Proofing Our Journey: This emphasizes sustainability, adaptability, and forward-thinking, which aligns with the universityโ€™s vision, mission, and core values, ensuring the university remains relevant.

โ€ข GREATness: Directly aligns with the university's promise primarily to students to become GREAT: green-skilled and globally competent, resilient, ethical and environmentally responsible, adaptable, and team collaborator.

Letโ€™s make this week unforgettable!

MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’š

The Performing Arts Club proudly expresses its full support for Mental Health Awareness Month. As advocates of creative expression, we recognize the vital role that the arts play in promoting emotional well-being, fostering self-expression, and building a supportive community. Through music, dance, and theater, we aim to raise awareness about the importance of mental health, encourage open conversations, and help break the stigma surrounding it.

In solidarity with this meaningful observance, we stand committed to using our platform not only to showcase talent, but also to inspire understanding, compassion, and resilience. Together, let us continue to uplift one another and create a safe space where every individual feels seen, heard, and valued.

HAPPY NATIONAL WOMEN'S MONTH๐Ÿฉท๐Ÿ’œ

This Womenโ€™s Month, we celebrate more than just the presence of women in our societyโ€”we celebrate their strength, courage, and unity that continue to shape our nation. Behind every thriving community are women whose sacrifices often go unseen but whose impact is deeply felt. They are mothers who nurture families, leaders who guide communities, workers who fuel our economy, and dreamers who continue to break barriers despite the challenges they face.

Women carry countless responsibilities with resilience and grace. Through their courage, they stand up for what is right, speak for those who cannot, and continue to strive for equality and opportunity. Their capabilities extend far beyond expectations, proving time and time again that women are powerful forces of change, innovation, and compassion.

But the true strength of women lies not only in individual achievements, but also in unity. When women support and uplift one another, they create a ripple effect that strengthens families, communities, and the entire nation.Their collective voice pushes for progress, justice, and a brighter future for the next generation.

This Womenโ€™s Month, let us honor the sacrifices women make, recognize their invaluable contributions, and celebrate their unwavering determination. May we continue to empower, respect, and stand beside every woman who courageously builds a better country for all of us.

To everyone who felt the earth shift.
Weโ€™re thinking of you.
Whether you were in Bacolod or beyond,
whether it startled you or passed quietly,
we hope youโ€™re safe.

Sometimes, it takes a small shake
to remind us to check in.
To ask: Kamusta ka?
To mean it.

Stay safe. Stay soft. Stay connected.
