𝐈𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐝, 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝: These are the invaluable 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘣𝘰𝘯𝘨 our THM faculty brought home from a succesful immersion with the theme “𝘽𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙤𝙧𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚: 𝙁𝙖𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙮 𝙄𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙞𝙣 𝙃𝙤𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙏𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙢 𝙊𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨" held at Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu from July 23 to 26, 2025.

Our THM Program Heads, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗻𝘇𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗿. 𝗥𝗲𝘆𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗮𝘀, 𝗖𝗛𝗣, 𝗠𝗦𝗛𝗠, guided by the College of Accountancy, Business Education, and Computer Studies Associate Dean, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗶𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼, 𝗠𝗕𝗔, participated in an immersion program organized by CHEDRO6 – Council of Deans for Tourism and Hospitality Education in partnership with Think Global.

This program was designed to immerse faculty members from theoretical knowledge into the firsthand experience of the industry’s operational realities. Through hands-on experience, managerial learnings, and enriching discussions with industry experts, they gained a clearer and more practical perspective to share and integrate into their students’ future practice.
