Sometimes "𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗮𝘆, 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝘁". Not all things in life needs our energy. The more we know how to manage and regulate ourselves, the more we become better individuals. Remember, peace is power. 💥💖

A two day seminar on “𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒑𝒆𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒄 𝑨𝒑𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒔: 𝑪𝒐𝒈𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑩𝒆𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒐𝒓 𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒑𝒚 (𝑪𝑩𝑻) 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒅 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒑𝒚 (𝑷𝑬𝑻)” was held last June 13-14, 2025 at the University of St. La Salle - Bacolod, Balay Kalinungan. Headed by White Coat Psychological Clinic and in partnership with Mental Health Negros, attended by various Mental Health practitioners and advocates. 🧠💚

A meaningful talk was led by Dr. Robert B. Shaw Jr., a licensed supervising counselor (US), Practitioner, Professor and Military Therapist. 🪖💬
