As part of today’s Flag Raising Ceremony, our school viewed an Audio-Visual Presentation (AVP) featuring the Karagatan ng Karapatan campaign.

The presentation highlighted the importance of peace, patriotism, human rights awareness, and responsible citizenship. Through this activity, learners were encouraged to deepen their understanding of their rights and responsibilities and to contribute positively to the community.

May this initiative continue to inspire our school community to uphold respect, unity, and cooperation as we work together toward a peaceful and progressive society.

Today’s flag ceremony served as a meaningful reminder of our shared responsibility to uphold peace, respect, and unity within our school community. Pursuant to Executive Order No. 4, Series of 2026, classes in ALL LEVELS in both public and private schools in Bacolod City are SUSPENDED tomorrow, February 5, 2026, upon the recommendation of the Bacolod City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (BDRRMC) and with the concurrence of the Department of Education (DepEd), due to the Yellow Heavy Rainfall Warning issued by DOST-PAGASA for Bacolod City in relation to Tropical Depression Basyang.

Schools are encouraged to shift to modular distance learning performance tasks and projects to ensure that learning competencies are met.

Furthermore, the Bacolod Emergency Operations Center has been placed under Red Alert Status to ensure heightened monitoring, rapid response, and coordinated action among all concerned agencies.
