September is Su***de Prevention Monthโ€”a time to raise awareness, offer support, and spread hope. Each year, communities worldwide come together to remind us that mental health matters and that no one has to face their struggles alone.

This yearโ€™s global theme, โ€œ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐๐š๐ซ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐จ๐ง ๐’๐ฎ๐ข๐œ๐ข๐๐žโ€ calls on us to break the silence, challenge stigma, and create open conversations about mental health. By listening, showing empathy, and connecting with others, we can all play a part in preventing su***de.

As we observe Su***de Prevention Month this September, let us remember that every act of kindness, every open conversation, and every effort to reach out can make a difference. Together, we can change the narrative on su***de, break the stigma around mental health, and create a world where hope is stronger than despair.

You are not aloneโ€”and HOPE and HELP are always within reach.
