Prof. Alexander Magno Romero was the organizer of the 1st Christmas Interfaith Choral Festival held on December 30, 2015 in La Castellana.

The historic festival brought together choirs and musical groups from different institutions and faith communities in a celebration of Christmas, music, unity, and fellowship.

The participating groups were:

* DFRES Children’s Choir
* La Castellana Elementary School
Children’s Choir
* La Castellana National High School
Rondalla
* Binalbagan Philippines Stake Choir,
under the direction of Sister Domingo,
with Prof. Alexander Magno Romero
serving as pianist and accompanist.

The festival reflected Prof. Romero’s continuing advocacy for choral music, interfaith fellowship, and the use of music as a means of bringing communities together. It marked an important milestone in La Castellana’s local choral and cultural activities and laid the foundation for future Christmas choral celebrations in the community.
