Hands-Only CPR training led by Winnie Sumbillo, APSA volunteer instructor, was conducted in Gawad Kalinga Village in Brgy. Sum-ag, Bacolod City on July 20, 2024. The University of Negros Occidental Recoletos NSTP instructors organized this training as part of their outreach activity.
