🙏💙 As a community of faith, we came together in prayer and thanksgiving during the Novena Mass for the Feast of Mary, Mother of Perpetual Help.

Students, teachers, staff, and families gathered at Queen of Peace Parish to honor our Blessed Mother and seek her guidance as we begin another school year. Through prayer, reflection, and fellowship, we were reminded that we are never alone on our journey, for Mary continually points us toward her Son and walks with us every step of the way.

May her loving presence inspire us to live with faith, hope, and compassion in all that we do.

Today, the Scholastican community observes the 128th Independence Day, honoring the courage and sacrifice of our Filipino heroes, while also solemnly commemorating the Feast of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Today, we celebrate the freedom won through the courage and sacrifice of generations of Filipinos who dreamed of an independent nation. Their stories remind us to value the liberties we enjoy and to continue building a country rooted in unity, integrity, and hope.

As we commemorate the 128th Philippine Independence Day, may we carry forward the spirit of patriotism in our everyday actions and work together for a brighter future for all.

St. Scholastica's Academy of Bacolod City held the Parents of New Students Orientation led by Sr. Maureen L. Cariaga, OSB, School Principal/Directress. She shared the school’s mission and what we aim to build together for every learner.

Parents also took part in the PEACE Orientation held in their children’s classrooms. They met the class advisers, learned about daily school routines, and got a clearer view of how we support students inside and outside the classroom.

It was a simple but meaningful start to a shared journey between home and school.

We are glad to have you with us. 💙
