Recognition Rites 2026
The school community proudly marked the Recognition Rites 2026, a dignified celebration honoring the academic excellence, perseverance, and achievements of its learners. The ceremony formally opened with the processional of awardees together with their parents, guests, faculty, and staff, followed by the Entrance of Colors by selected Grade 11 students and the rendering of the Philippine National Anthem, Regional Hymn, and City Hymn. Inspiring messages were shared through the Welcome Address and Words of Gratitude delivered by student honorees, while the occasion was further enriched by the keynote message of Lourd Marie D. Lisondra, LPT (Batch 2014). The awarding of medals and certificates of recognition was led by Nice Consuelo C. Alojamiento, PhD, Principal I, recognizing the remarkable accomplishments of the awardees. The program concluded with the community song “Dreamers,” the Alma Mater Song, and a solemn recessional, leaving participants united in pride and gratitude for a milestone that celebrates hard work and aspiration. The ceremony was gracefully hosted by Zairene Joy S. Coronado and Mae Ann J. Pontrivida, Masters of Ceremonies.

Scilympics 2026 Success!
Congratulations to all Angela Gonzaga National High School (AGNHS) participants for an outstanding performance at the Scilympics 2026, held at Domingo Lacson National High School (DLNHS) and City Mall Mandalagan last March 24, 2026.
👏 Special congratulations go to John Palmer Encarnacion and Deneace Andry Peruelo for emerging as CHAMPIONS in the SIA Catapult competition! Your hard work, creativity, and teamwork truly paid off. Hats off as well to your coach, Ms. Patria Espallardo, for excellent guidance and support every step of the way.

🔥 Fire Prevention Month 2026 🔥
The Bureau of Fire Protection – Bacolod City proudly celebrates Fire Prevention Month 2026 and invited Angela Gonzaga National High School to actively participate in a series of meaningful and competitive activities in support of fire safety awareness.
Our students showcased their talents and knowledge in the Literary Art Contest, Quiz Bee, and Mural Painting, all centered on the theme:
“Sa Pag-iwas sa Sunog, Hindi Ka Nag-iisa.”
These activities were successfully held on March 6 and March 17, 2026, at SM City Bacolod and The Upper East Bacolod, respectively.
👏 Special recognition goes to our dedicated coaches, Ms. Sandy P. Morales and Mrs. Catherine D. Delotindo, for guiding and inspiring our students throughout the competition.

🚨📢An Earthquake Drill was successfully conducted last March 12, 2026 at Angela Gonzaga National High School, ensuring that learners and staff are prepared and aware of proper safety procedures during seismic events. The activity was well‑facilitated by Sir Joe Nifty Pantua, DRRM Coordinator, highlighting the importance of readiness, discipline, and teamwork in promoting a safe school environment.
