Pursuant to Executive Order No. 4, Series of 2026, classes in ALL LEVELS in both public and private schools in Bacolod City are SUSPENDED tomorrow, February 5, 2026, upon the recommendation of the Bacolod City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (BDRRMC) and with the concurrence of the Department of Education (DepEd), due to the Yellow Heavy Rainfall Warning issued by DOST-PAGASA for Bacolod City in relation to Tropical Depression Basyang.
Schools are encouraged to shift to modular distance learning performance tasks and projects to ensure that learning competencies are met.
Furthermore, the Bacolod Emergency Operations Center has been placed under Red Alert Status to ensure heightened monitoring, rapid response, and coordinated action among all concerned agencies.

In accordance with School Memorandum No. 32 of 2025, due to the damage caused to the school by Typhoons "Tino" and "Uwan," the Adoptive Delivery Mode (ADM) will be extended, starting tomorrow, November 17, until it is confirmed that it is safe to resume face-to-face classes.
