The De La Salle Brothers Inc. has partnered with the Diocese of Marbel - Social Action Center to launch Operation Uplift, which is dedicated to bringing immediate aid, hope, and recovery to the affected communities.

The Diocese of Marbel encompasses General Santos City, South Cotabato, and Sarangani, which are the closest to the epicenter of the magnitude 7.8 earthquake.

The USG–Commission on Audit issues this circular to formally announce the updated guidelines on Source Documents pertaining to Freelance Service Providers. These include the required supporting documents, acceptable payee direct payment methods, reimbursement procedures, and cash voucher thresholds in order to inform treasurers of the newly adopted policies reflected through the amendments to the Treasurers’ Manual of 2025-2026.

𝐎𝐒𝐀 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Last May 25, 2026, at CSL 11, the Office for Student Affairs (OSA), in partnership with USG‑COA and other university offices, conducted the Leadership Skills and Enhancement Session (LSES) 1 to equip and strengthen treasurers with essential financial knowledge and leadership capacity.

The session featured resource speakers from the Procurement Services Office and Business Office who delivered technical guidance and practical applications. In addition, the USG‑COA Chairperson, Shany Mae Lareza, emphasized the Commission’s functions and underscored its vital role in advancing transparency and accountability in the financial transactions of student organizations.

Carrying the theme “Show Me the Funds: Financial Processes, Forms, and Flow,” the session wrapped up by boosting treasurers’ skills, encouraging responsible stewardship, and reinforcing compliance with university financial guidelines.

The University Student Government – Commission on Audit (USG–COA) successfully conducted its 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔.𝗬. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 on Saturday, May 23, 2026, via Zoom.

Presided over by USG–COA Vice Chairperson Carlos Gabriel Ocampo, the meeting presented the semester’s financial reports and approved liquidation reports. These reports provided a clear and accountable overview of the organization’s financial standing, reinforcing our collective commitment to accountability.

Beyond fulfilling procedural requirements, the Transparency Meeting affirms the Commission’s unwavering commitment to integrity and accountability—values that stand at the core of student governance. 💚🖤🩶

𝗦𝗨𝗕𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧: Deadline for the Submission of Second Semester’s Financial Report

𝗧𝗢: All University Student Government Branches and Commissions, College Councils, and Campus Clubs Treasurers

The USG–Commission on Audit issues this memorandum to announce the deadline for the submission of all Financial Reports on or before June 02, 2026. The memorandum likewise specifies the corresponding consequences applicable to both continuing and graduating treasurers in the event of non-compliance within the prescribed submission period.
