𝗧𝗢: All University Student Government Branches and Commissions, College Councils, and Campus Clubs Treasurers

The USG–Commission on Audit issues this memorandum to announce the deadline for the submission of all Financial Reports on or before June 02, 2026. The memorandum likewise specifies the corresponding consequences applicable to both continuing and graduating treasurers in the event of non-compliance within the prescribed submission period.

The USG–Commission on Audit issues this memorandum to inform all treasurers that, pursuant to SAC Memo No. 22, Series of 2025–2026 on the implementation of a four-day workweek and campus closure every Friday, there will be no Friday duty until further notice, with all submissions required on or before Thursday, while allowing the conduct of Transparency Meetings on Fridays strictly through online platforms.

The USG–Commission on Audit issues this circular to amend policies on Financial Reporting, Transparency Meetings, and Clearances by transitioning transparency requests and clearance processing to an online system, requiring moderators as signatories to Financial Reports to ensure proper financial disclosure, and relaxing the timeframes for transparency meetings subject to prescribed conditions, in order to ease documentary requirements, establish a reliable audit trail, and reduce paper use.

The USG–Commission on Audit issues this memorandum to remind all concerned councils to finalize and submit their respective Animolympics activities’ Liquidation Reports on or before March 5, 2026, with softcopies allowed for early submission to facilitate review, and to inform that Demand Letters shall be issued starting March 6, 2026 for non-compliance, taking into consideration the upcoming Moratorium Week and Midterm Examinations during which auditors shall have no duty to process submissions.

The USG–Commission on Audit issues this memorandum to recognize the time-intensive nature of preparing required forms and the delays caused by necessary revisions, and to formally approve the use of spreadsheet formats as an alternative to existing Google Docs templates in order to streamline preparation, minimize errors, and improve efficiency in forms processing.
