The Institute of Agribusiness Management successfully celebrated Entrepreneurship Day 2026 on March 4, 2026. The event brought together students, faculty members, and guests in a vibrant and engaging celebration of innovation, teamwork, and entrepreneurial spirit.
The event began with a Zumba session in the Central Park, where students and faculty members actively participated, setting a lively and positive atmosphere for the dayโs set of activities.
The highlight for the morning session was the Amazing Race which began with the yell presentation of each competing group. The race challenged the participants to complete various tasks and problem-solving activities that tested their teamwork, agility, and strategic thinking.
In the afternoon, students took spotlight during the Product and Business Pitching at the BPAA-Audio Visual Room. Representatives from each year level presented innovative product ideas and business concepts, demonstrating their knowledge of entrepreneurship, marketing strategies, and agribusiness opportunities. Their presentations reflected creativity, feasibility, and confidence in pitching their ideas to a panel of judges namely, Dr. Christianne Glory L. Arbollente, Ms. Kathy D. Sanchez, and Ms. Mary Joy Q. Badua.
Adding elegance and professionalism to the celebration was the Search for Best Business Attire, where students showcased their confidence through appropriate and stylish business wear.
The success of Entrepreneurship Day 2026 was made possible through the collective efforts of the Agribusiness Society of Student-Entrepreneurs Today (ASSET), whose officers organized and facilitated the event, together with the IABM-SBO and class officers. The presence of the invited judges also played a vital role in the activity, as they provided valuable insights, constructive feedbacks, and encouragement to the student participants.
Through these meaningful activities, Entrepreneurship Day 2026 served as a venue for students to develop their entrepreneurial mindset, strengthen teamwork, and gain practicals experience that will prepare them for future endeavors in the agribusiness industry. #
