🌟 A HEARTWARMING OUTREACH PROGRAM AT SALINCOB ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 🌟
Salincob Elementary School was truly blessed to be the recipient of a meaningful and heartwarming Outreach Program conducted by the Officers’ Ladies Club Foundation, Inc. (OLCFI) – Police Regional Office 1 Chapter, headed by Mrs. NANCY A. BADUA, OLCFI Adviser, last August 20, 2026.
The activity was graced and actively participated in by distinguished officials and members of the Police Regional Office 1 and the OLCFI PRO 1 Chapter:

The outreach program reached all 113 learners of Salincob Elementary School, who were generously provided with groceries, school supplies, slippers, umbrellas, fruits, and meal packs. 🎒🛍️🍎
In addition, the school was deeply grateful to receive an assistance and a complete set of computer unit, which will greatly support and enhance the learning opportunities and educational programs of our learners. 💻❤️
The happiness and excitement on the faces of our learners as they received these wonderful gifts were truly priceless. Their smiles reflected not only their joy for the goods they received but also their appreciation for the kindness and generosity extended to them.
On behalf of the 113 learners and the entire teaching and non-teaching personnel of Salincob Elementary School, we express our sincerest and heartfelt gratitude to the OLCFI PRO 1 Chapter, headed by Mrs. Nancy A. Badua, and to all the distinguished officials, police officers, members, and generous individuals who made this outreach program possible.
Your generosity has brought joy, hope, and smiles to our learners while also providing valuable support to our school. More importantly, you have shown our children the true meaning of service, compassion, generosity, and bayanihan. 🙏❤️
