The 2nd General PTA Assembly was attended by the parents, faculty, and active SPTA officers led by Arch. Ronald P. Sotelo.

Dr. Norberto S. Galiza, school principal of BNCHS, rendered his welcome address as he reminded the parents to encourage their children to improve their performance but lessen the pressure to study extremely hard. He also shared about the reviving of the Foundation Day which is expected to be held on March.

One of highlight of the assembly was the update of SPTA ongoing project on repairing of existing comfort rooms. Arch. Sotelo also reminded the parents to pay their contributions in order to start rehabilitating communal comfort rooms as he also stated the reasons for the immediate action to be done. Also, Ms. Manilyn Galamay, SPTA collection, presented the finanicial report on the summary of collections as of February, 2023.

As followed, Mrs. Karen Cortez, the school guidance counselor designate, spoke about the students' issues being faced by the school. One of the issues addressed was the use of ci******es and vapes, as well as the carrying of sharp objects. She urged the parents to continue assisting and motivating their children to study.

Moreso, Mrs. Anita Agnir and Mrs. Jennifer Lazaro, head teachers of Mathematics and EsP Department and Brigada Eskwela coordinators respectively, announced and handed the certificates to the top 15 best implementers of the Brigada Eskwela.

Afterwhich, parents proceeded to the respective rooms for homeroom PTA meeting and distribution of cards.

Parents and educators from various grade levels gathered for the First General PTA Assembly of the School Year 2022–2023 last November 19, filling the BNCHS Gymnasium to capacity.

The assembly's objective was emphasized by the school principal, Dr. Norberto S. Galiza in his opening remarks. The SPTA President, Arch. Ronald P. Sotelo, presented the PTA projects and opened a discussion for the parents regarding on PTA contributions, priority projects and other matters related to students' needs.

Mrs. Karen Joy A. Cortez, school guidance counselor designate, was also given the opportunity to discuss the code of conduct and underlined how bullying affects the pupils.

Moreover, Card Day was also set on that day.
