BNCHS hails heroes behind 2022 Brigada Eskwela
Bacarra National Comprehensive High School commended the heroes behind the success of the Brigada Eskwela 2022-2023 during the culminating program at the gymnasium, August 26.
Different organizations and groups of stakeholders like the SK officials, Army Reservists, Association of the Barangay Council of Bacarra, PNP and BFP personnel, Tupad and 4 Ps members, Alumni Association, PTA officers and members, School Governing Council, and generous individuals were acknowledged in the presence of Dr. Amalia S. Labi-i, the Education Program Supervisor in Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao and monitoring supervisor of Bacarra district and Hon. Rolan R. Diniega, Federated SK President of the municipality.
Those concerned groups revived the bayanihan as they worked together in preparing BNCHS a hazard-free and eco-friendly school for face-to-face classes. They cleared and cleaned the surroundings of the school and pathways, cleaned the classrooms, pruned the trees, as well as added some ornamental plants. Meanwhile, a few male teachers, together with the utility men and marine personnel, prepared the oval for special events.
A number of generous individuals also extended voluntarily some amount for the rehabilitation of drinking faucets, painting and repainting of some classrooms, and furnishing amenities of the new teachers’ lounge while Batch 1999 and other stakeholders donated new drinking faucets.
The head of the school, Dr. Norberto S. Galiza, stressed that this sterling accomplishment in the Brigada Eskwela emerged from the resourcefulness, dedication, and commitment of the staff who have been exercising outstanding performance through their partnership with the community.
Meanwhile, Dr. Labi-i, emphasized that it’s at the school level where the actual implementation of DepEd policies happens like the Brigada Eskwela helps the administration to achieve its vision.
